Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Agricultural Diploma or Degree (advantageous)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in beef cattle and sheep management
- Experience in cropping and field management
- Proven ability to lead and manage staff effectively
- Strong stockmanship and hands-on farming skills
- Must be hardworking, honest, and possess an ownership mentality
- Computer literate
- Maintenance-oriented and practical problem solver
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in South Sotho (advantageous)
- Valid pilot’s license with experience flying a Cessna aircraft (required)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
