What Youll Need in Your Unicorn Toolkit: Grade 12/ NQF4 (HR/Finance qualification = extra sparkle). 3 years of Time & Attendance admin experience (bonus if youve tamed the PRP Solutions System). Proven knowledge of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act Intermediate Excel skills that impress. A love for detail, deadlines, and doing things right the first time Strong communication skills Your Role: Support divisions daily by correcting clocking errors and address absenteeism, ensuring accurate payroll data. Keep improving our processes and maintain flawless time & attendance records. Use your knowledge of BCEA, PRP, and Excel to ensure overtime, leave, and absenteeism is always correct. Take ownership of system setups, troubleshoot device malfunctions, and make proactive recommendations.
