ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Ability to manage and steer a Team to deliver on time with the required quality and to run high performing
DevOps Team(s) using the teams’ specific hybrid Agile methodology.
Strong technical background with solid skills in Java SpringBoot, Angular, SQL, Kafka, MQ, AWS, execution of
Linux commands.
Strong operational management capabilities including incident management and troubleshooting, operational
processes and lifecycle management.
Proficient in Agile Methadology, JIRA, Confuence.
Strong administrative skills so as to correctly set up planning, reviews and retrospectives, status reporting and
so on.
Proven experience in a strong leadership capacity with excellent emotional intelligence.

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS:
A technical development background in the technology stack used (Angular, Springboot, Java, Posgres) is
ideal.
