Job Summary
As an attorney in the Commercial Litigation Department, duties will typically include:
- Handle disputes arising from business transactions and agreements.
- Draft, review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and protect client interests.

Requirement/s:
- Admitted Attorney with 2 – 3 years` post article experience in litigation, drafting of contracts and commercial law.
The final remuneration package offered by the employer will be determined based on market standards, considering the candidate`s qualifications, skills, and level of experience. The package will include a cell phone allowance and a medical aid contribution.
