Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, including cash-ups, stock control, ordering, and reporting.
• Manage inventory, stock receiving, waste control, and store administration.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor store performance and communicate daily operational updates.

Requirements:

• South African citizen (essential).
• Diploma in Hospitality
• Previous experience managing a café, coffee shop, or hospitality outlet.
• Strong barista skills and food handling experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office and GAAP POS experience.
• Well-organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays.
