– Support cloud infrastructure and platform environments.
– Assist with deployment, maintenance, and optimisation activities.
– Support networking, storage, and virtualisation platforms.
– Participate in cloud and DevOps initiatives.
– Monitor platform health, performance, and availability.
– Assist with troubleshooting and incident resolution.
Requirements:
-Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems
– 2–5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, cloud support, or related environments.
– Understanding of networking fundamentals.
– Exposure to Windows and/or Linux environments.
– Understanding of virtualisation concepts.
Preferred Certifications
– Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
– AWS Cloud Practitioner
– CompTIA Network+
– Linux Essentials
– VMware Certifications
– Kubernetes Certifications
