We are seeking a meticulous Compounder to undertake the following duties and responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Raw Material Handling & Verification:
  – Receive and verify all raw materials against batch sheets and picking lists.
  – Check quantities received for correctness before use.
  – Confirm product labels match the batch sheet details.
  – Verify raw material batch numbers match specifications.
  – Record all batch numbers accurately on batch documentation.
  – Report any discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Batch Preparation & Mixing:
  – Follow batch sheets and mixing instructions precisely.
  – Ensure correct ingredient addition sequence.
  – Measure and add raw materials accurately.
  – Monitor mixing process to ensure consistency.
• Equipment Operation:
  – Safely and efficiently operate mixing tanks and related equipment.
  – Ensure equipment is in good working condition before use.
  – Report any faults or abnormalities immediately.
