Requirements:

• Must be available immediately
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (advantageous).
• Proven experience as a Creditors Administrator or in a similar accounts payable role.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies, queries, and payment issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date creditor records in the accounting system.
• Prepare and process payments, supplier reconciliations, and expense reimbursements.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit statutory and compliance-related reports as required.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
