In this exciting role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our Germiston branch. You will assist walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries to help the branch hit its targets. Job Description
- Help walk-in customers select the right welding products.
- Provide fast and accurate price quotes over the phone and email.
- Show customers extra items like safety wear and useful accessories.
- Keep the showroom shelves tidy and well-stocked.
- Answer basic technical questions about different welding tools.
- Work together with the delivery team to ensure orders leave on time.
- Update customer details on the computer database.
What You Need to Apply
- Previous experience selling industrial gases or welding equipment.
- Experience dealing with buyers from engineering or construction sectors.
- At least two years of experience working in a counter sales environment.
- A friendly, helpful attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Great communication skills to build trust with local clients.
