• Matric (Grade 12) 
• IT Diploma or IT Degree.
• 1–3 years’ experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical support environment.
• Basic knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with PC hardware, printers, and peripheral support.
• Experience using an IT ticketing/helpdesk system will be advantageous

Preferred

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
• Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT peripherals.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and related services.
• Assist with user account creation, password resets, access requests, and device setup.
• Log, monitor, update, and resolve support tickets within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
• Maintain IT equipment, asset registers, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist with software installations, updates, and system maintenance.
• Provide onsite technical support at various locations when required.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT team members when necessary
• Maintain IT equipment and asset records.
• Follow IT security policies and best practices
• Travel to different sites when required to provide onsite support
