Job Description
- Bake a fresh daily selection of pastries, cakes, and signature bread items.
- Prepare raw ingredients carefully according to standard café recipes.
- Operate commercial ovens and standard kitchen equipment safely.
- Monitor oven temperatures to make sure every item is perfectly baked.
- Keep your kitchen workstation completely clean, neat, and hygienic.
- Help manage kitchen stock levels and report any shortages early.
- Clean kitchen utensils, counters, and machinery at the end of the day.
