What You’ll Be Doing
- Target key decision-makers at mines and energy plants to present tailored, reliable security solutions.
- Build and grow a strong sales pipeline through active networking and visiting specific industry sites.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure all security plans meet strict mining and energy compliance rules.
- Guide the complete sales process from the first high-level meeting to signing the final service agreement.
- Keep accurate records of your client meetings and sales forecasts to track your growing business accurately.
Experience & Qualifications
- A proven history of selling services or products directly to decision-makers in the mining or energy sectors.
- Strong skill in guiding complex sales and navigating large corporate buying and procurement processes.
- An active, existing network of procurement managers or risk directors within major South African mining houses.
- A valid driver’s license and your own reliable transport to travel safely to remote mining and energy sites.
- Clear speaking and problem-solving skills to communicate confidently at both the board and site-management levels.
