About the Role

Ubuntu RM is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the Gauteng region. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s products and services to clients in Pretoria and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and prospective clients in Pretoria and surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers.
• Promote and sell the company's products and services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and activity updates.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
• Negotiate pricing and service agreements with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Proven experience in an external sales role.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Pretoria area.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
