Minimum 4-5 years related experience and/or training related to Undercarriage Sales / GET business
Diploma of equivalent qualification will secure

Duties
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the GET & Undercarriage Specialist is responsible for marketing, monitoring and reporting wear patterns on the GET & Undercarriage range of products in order to grow the GET & Undercarriage business
Develop new clients, e.g. clients not running company machines and grow the GET & Undercarriage business
Maintaining Good Customer Relations with existing customer.
Expand our customer base.
Supplying a written summary report of sales improvements, potential customer opportunities, and problems encountered on a fortnightly basis to his direct superior and the divisional manager; report to include “call reports”, projects, specific customer requirements
Exploring opportunities for potential sales and growth of the customer base and discuss possible strategies with his direct superior
Site inspections and reporting on site conditions and GET wear rates
Maintaining regular contact with existing customers to ensure maximum customer engagement and satisfaction
Discussions with customers regarding new developments and improvements within the GET & Undercarriage Product Range
Advising customers on which products will be the most cost-effective while sustaining optimum performance for their particular operation
Liaising with the relevant factories Support Team regarding problems requiring attention
Liaising with the planning division regarding logistics to ensure sufficient stock level at any given time
Liaise with Technical inspectors and generate quotes on provided undercarriage inspections
Engage with customers regarding undercarriage wear reports.
Assisting customers with information and advice regarding the GET & Undercarriage product range.
Update and maintain CRM database (CRM019).
