• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Construction Compliance within an Estate Environment
• Degree or Diploma in Building | Construction Management | Architectural Technology or related field is essential
• Proficient in MS Office | Project Management Software | Compliance Tracking Software
• Strong knowledge of OHS Act | Municipal By-laws | Building Regulations and Estate Architectural Guidelines
• Experience liaising with Home Owners | Local Authorities | Municipal Services
• Must be able to read and interpret building plans
• Strong Attention to Detail | Strong Problem-Solving & Decision-Making skills | Independent & Proactive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Own Transport required
• Contactable references and payslips required on request

Salary Structure:

• Annual CTC of R 540 000, based on experience
• Includes Provident Fund
• 18 Leave Days
