- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical sales/business development
- Relevant Technical Diploma or Engineering qualification
- Experience selling capital equipment, preferably in the mining, crushing & screening, quarrying, or heavy equipment industries
- Proven ability to develop new business and cold call
- Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills
- Commercially minded with good negotiation and financial understanding
- Ability to recommend technical solutions based on customer requirements
- Experience preparing quotations, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports
- Comfortable with extensive travel across South Africa
- Computer literate (MS Office and CRM systems)
- Self-driven, professional, and customer-focused.
