Field Guide Private Nature Reserve | Hermanus Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Field Guide to join a prestigious private nature reserve in the Hermanus area. This live-in role offers the opportunity to deliver personalised, high-quality nature-based experiences in a premium safari environment. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience as a Nature or Field Guide within a lodge environment FGASA Apprentice Field Guide (NQF2) or higher theory and practical completed Registered with NDT and in possession of a relevant CATHSSETA certificate Valid South African Code 8 drivers licence and PrDP Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for nature, conservation, and guest engagement Ability to work independently, with flexibility and initiative Professional appearance and behaviour Willingness to work towards further biome-specific and regional guiding certifications Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Team-oriented with a cooperative and supportive approach Package: Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience To apply, please send your updated CV, reference letters, qualifications, and a recent head & shoulders photo Please note: Only candidates meeting the listed requirements will be contacted.
