Location: Hermanus, Overstrand, Western Cape

What the role involves:
- Managing diaries and appointments efficiently.
- Handling administrative tasks including FICA documentation, invoices, estates, deeds, and general office correspondence.
- Interacting with clients, many of whom are senior, with respect, patience, and professionalism.
- Taking initiative to solve problems and ensure smooth office operations.
- Supporting Liquidation and Distribution accounts would be a bonus.
- Contributing to the growth of the practice by assisting with PA functions as needed.

- Strong command of the English language and excellent presentation skills.
- Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and organised.
- Financially literate and comfortable working with numbers.
- Confident yet soft-spoken, able to maintain professional boundaries with clients.
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of thinking ahead.
- Experience in a legal, administrative, or secretarial role is preferred.
