About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Reservations Agent to join our team at Hospitality and Outdoor Ltd in Hoedspruit. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage channel manager functionality, interfaces, and syncing processes
• Handle reservations and drive sales for multiple properties with a focus on conversion and client satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface or syncing errors
• Maintain strong understanding of reservation workflows, rate management, availability updates, and inventory controls
• Provide excellent guest-centric service

Requirements

• ResRequest experience – minimum 2 years (non-negotiable)
• Previous Lodge experience preferred
• Working knowledge of OTA platforms such as Apply Below, Expedia, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.
• Proven experience in managing channel manager functionality, interfaces, and syncing processes
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
