Job Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
- Ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
- Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Lead, coach, and manage warehouse staff performance
- Enforce health, safety, and compliance standards (including FIFO)
- Drive process improvements and monitor key KPIs
- Utilise WMS/ERP systems for reporting and operational control
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
Skills and Knowledge:
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations or related field
- 3–5 years warehouse experience (FMCG preferred) with 1–2 years supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
- Proficiency in WMS/ERP (Dynamics BC preferred) and advanced Excel
- Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and health & safety
- Proven track record in inventory control and operational efficiency
