<p><strong>Logistics Inventory Controller (Contract) </strong>required for an automotive company based in <strong>East London </strong></p><p><em>3 – 6 month contract role with the possibility of going permanent </em></p><p><strong>Key duties would include:</strong></p><ul><li>Compile the Quarterly Strat File</li><li>Adhere to Cycle Counting Schedule (as per the Strat) daily</li><li>Daily updating of LOG dashboard (Value and Accuracy to schedule)</li><li>Daily reporting of result and actions</li><li>Report physical Inventory status &amp; Measure counting performance</li><li>Report review on result and counts</li><li>Compile weekly overview and report back on activities/results (CC weekly meeting/SOX weekly meeting)</li><li>Root cause analysis of stock variances as per SOX guidelines</li><li>Coordinate &amp; prepare and process stock adjustment relating to cycle counts</li><li>Coordinate the preparation and processing of adjustments</li><li>Coordinating W2W processes</li><li>Identify main root cause drivers and actions (daily counts and W2W)</li><li>Coordinate daily/weekly meetings presenting action plans to resolve problems</li><li>Record keeping of root cause, action plan and historical cycle counts</li><li>Perform any legal instructions given by Supervisor or Manager</li><li>Coordinating and Analysing Overtime work</li><li>Coordinate Change Management (ECR Process)</li></ul><p><strong>Special Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Daily Stock update on systems</li><li>Daily reporting</li><li>Coordinate meetings</li><li>Identify process violations</li><li>Escalate material shortages</li><li>Escalate risks</li><li>Report Writing</li><li>Root cause analysis</li><li>Adherence to deadlines</li></ul><p><strong>Educational Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Tertiary Qualification is a requirement</li></ul><p><strong>Related Experience: </strong></p><ul><li>Cycle Counting</li><li>Change Management</li><li>Min 5 years working experience in automotive</li></ul><p><strong>Special Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li>Computer Literacy</li><li>SAP</li><li>Root Causing Skills</li><li>Highly analytical, Attention to detail, Follow processes</li><li>Maintain SOX regulations</li><li>Well Spoken</li><li>Adhere to deadlines</li><li>Respect Deadlines</li><li>Set up and coordinate Meetings</li><li>Report Writing</li></ul><p>Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
