<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p><p>Plausibility check and preparation of offers according to specific customer requirements<br />Comprehensive coordination of the offer phase and project launch<br />Interdisciplinary, cross-location cooperation with other departments, esp. Customer Programs,<br />CoCs and Operations to ensure efficient processing of K1 and K2<br />Strategic customer development based on agreed targets<br />Negotiation of offers with customers<br />Continuous project support from kick-off, through milestone reviews to project completion<br />Documentation of project progress<br />Conducting the annual price negotiations and/or business plan agreements<br />Support of the production plants and SHEQ in case of complaints, if required<br />Preparation of the Company's-internal profitability tables<br />Triggering and initiating potential Company's-internal development activities<br />Identify trends in supply markets and evaluate opportunities and risks and derive purchasing strategies from them<br />Observing the purchasing strategies of competitors<br />Evaluate potential suppliers, establish and support them<br />Negotiating with suppliers<br />Strategic negotiation management for the conclusion of international framework agreements<br />Negotiating price adjustments<br />Optimizing the supplier portfolio<br />Reporting<br />Support of the purchasing controlling</p><p><br /><strong>JOBREQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>Matric + Degree/Diploma (preferably Purchasing Management or Business Management)<br />At least 5 years Sales Management experience in automotive environment<br />Strong business acumen with regards to cost consciousness, efficiency improvement<br />Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written<br />Strong negotiating skills<br />Knowledge in business intelligence portals and capable to generate own reports<br />Advanced knowledge in MS Office programmes<br />Excellent time management, people management, organizational and planning skills<br /><br /></p>
