Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of electrical panel building and wiring projects.</li><li>Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.</li><li>Coordinate with other departments (design, procurement, quality assurance, sales) to align project objectives.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>2. Team Supervision</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and supervise a team of technicians and electricians working on panel building and wiring.</li><li>Assign tasks based on individual skills and project requirements.</li><li>Provide guidance and support to team members, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>3. Quality Control</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure that all panels are built and wired according to technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.</li><li>Conduct inspections and tests to verify the quality of work.</li><li>Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and documentation.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>4. Safety Management</strong></p><ul><li>Enforce strict adherence to safety regulations and procedures within the division.</li><li>Conduct safety training sessions and ensure all team members are aware of potential hazards.(toolbox talks and safety briefs)</li><li>Investigate and report any accidents or near-misses, implementing corrective actions as needed.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>5. Technical Support</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical expertise and support during the design and assembly of electrical panels.</li><li>Assist in the development of wiring diagrams, layout plans, and schematics.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the building and wiring process.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>6. Resource Management</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring they are available and in good condition.</li><li>Coordinate with procurement to order necessary materials and components.</li><li>Manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>7. Documentation and Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain accurate records of work orders, build up progress, and materials used.</li><li>Prepare reports on project status, team performance, and any issues encountered.</li><li>Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>8. Communication and Coordination</strong></p><ul><li>Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication of project requirements and progress.</li><li>Attend meetings and provide updates on the status of ongoing projects.</li><li>Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or team members.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>9. Training and Development</strong></p><ul><li>Identify training needs within the team and arrange for appropriate training sessions.</li><li>Mentor junior technicians and support their professional development.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest industry trends, standards, and technologies.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>10.
