Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services Build and support APIs and core business functionality that drive system performance Develop integration solutions that connect various platforms, systems, and technologies Monitor, optimise, and improve application performance, reliability, and scalability Support and maintain cloud-hosted infrastructure, databases, and application services Collaborate with development, testing, and support teams to resolve technical challenges Maintain and enhance CI/CD processes to improve deployment efficiency Contribute to the design and implementation of new products, features, and platform capabilities Job Experience and Skills Required: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field advantageous Minimum of 5 years’ professional software development experience Proven track record of developing and maintaining enterprise-grade backend systems Experience working in cloud-based and agile development environment Strong proficiency in Java and modern backend development frameworks Experience designing and developing APIs and service-oriented architectures Solid knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly AWS Strong database experience with MSSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases Sound understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD practices Ability to analyse, troubleshoot, and optimise system performance Experience with Azure DevOps or similar development and deployment tools advantageous Exposure to .NET technologies beneficial Full-stack development experience advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team Apply now!
