As COO, youll act as the key integrator across multiple business lines, ensuring coherence and alignment in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Youll be entrusted with building a culture of accountability, agility, and disruptive innovation while managing relationships with broadcasters, regulators, suppliers, and partners across 52 African countries. Were looking for a seasoned leader with 15 years of operational management experience (media/broadcasting context preferred), strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in operational and strategic execution. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification will be advantageous. This is more than a roleits an opportunity to leave a lasting mark on the African media landscape.
