Johannesburg: Clinical & Quality Support Manager

Key Performance Areas: Quality Management System & Quality/SHEQ Suppor Data, Reporting, and Performance Insights Clinical Programme & Continuous Improvement Clinical Programmes (Stroke, Cardiac, Trauma etc EMS, Response Vehicle, ED Practice & Transplant Coordination Minimum Required Education: Bachelors degree in nursing, health sciences, or a related clinical discipline (essential). Postgraduate qualification in Quality Management, Clinical Governance, or Healthcare Administration (preferred). Certification or experience in SHEQ, Risk Management, or Clinical Programme Coordination (advantageous). Inherent Requirements: Minimum of 8 years experience in a clinical or hospital operations environment, with at least 35 years in quality or programme coordination at regional or group level. Demonstrated experience in supporting multisite clinical projects or programmes. Strong knowledge of healthcare governance, risk, and compliance processes. Proven ability to manage data, analyse clinical performance trends, and support decision-making. Experience working collaboratively with cross functional teams.
