We are seeking a dynamic Head of Institution to provide strategic and operational leadership across our training and wellness divisions. Reporting directly to the Group President, the successful candidate will drive growth, ensure service excellence, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and foster a culture of wellbeing and continuous learning.Minimum Requirements:* Master’s Degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or a related field* 58 years’ senior leadership experience* Strong strategic, operational, and financial management skills* Experience within education, training, wellness, healthcare, NGO, or related sectors* Proven stakeholder engagement and people leadership experience.In line with the organisation’s Employment Equity objectives and workforce profile, preference may be given to suitably qualified White candidates.Key Competencies: Strategic Leadership Financial Management Stakeholder Engagement Service Excellence Team Development Wellness-Centred Leadership.
