About the Role

We are seeking experienced Home Loan Specialists to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building referral networks, and driving business growth. If you have a proven track record in external sales and a passion for finance, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads and build referral networks
Meet monthly targets and achieve sales goals
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

23 years of external sales experience in finance or insurance
Matric certification
Proven ability to generate leads and build referral networks
Self-motivated, confident, and proactive
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Clear credit record (no debt review/adverse listings)

Qualifications

Formal education beyond Matric is not required for this role

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: R15,000 per month
Settling-In Allowance:
Month 13: R10,000
Month 4: R6,000
Month 5: R4,000
Month 6: R3,000
Commission: 0.3% average on deals closed (minimum monthly target of R2.5 million thereafter commission is earned)
