Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for managing stock control across all branches and ensuring seamless inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage stock control across all branches (some travel required)
Conduct rolling stock counts and update Syspro records
Identify and implement corrective actions after stocktakes
Calculate and manage replenishment for international parts
Oversee inventory at our main off-site warehouse
Support the import clearing process
Process returns to foreign suppliers
Maintain minimum stock levels and create stock codes
Assist with finance-related inventory management and special projects

Requirements

Matric (finance-related qualification is a plus)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience
High energy and strong customer-service mindset
Code 8 drivers licence
Advanced Excel & strong Word proficiency
Syspro experience an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Accuracy with figures and strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage pressure
