Machine Shop Supervisor – managing employees + experience in Mastercam and CNC lathes responsible for the following roles in OEEPermanent position| The company is in Johannesburg nearly near RoodepoortMust be willing to relocate as the Company does not pay for Petrol going to and back from work.Must have Matric / Grade 12.Must have Valid drivers license and own transport.Must have working experience as a Machine Shop Supervisor managing employees and must have experience in Mastercam and CNC lathes responsible for the following roles in OEEMust have gained experience Managing of machinists and apprentices, gained Staff training and performance management.Must have working experience in Supervising staff in CNC lathes, machining centres and manual machines.Must have done supervising of Machine set up and Mastercam programming and understandingMust have Planning daily production and machine loading experience..Must have Quality control and first-off inspections.Must have working experience in Tooling selection and tool life management.Must have experience in Production scheduling and on-time delivery.Health and safety compliance.Must have working Experience in Machine maintenance coordination.Must have work experience in Continuous improvement (5S, lean manufacturing, OEE).To start as soon as possible.
