Employer Description Manufacturing Company Job Description Company is seeking a very senior person with no direct reports who will sit on the Board of Directors and report to the CEO. You will be responsible for all the HR Strategy for the entire group. Your role will provide leadership, oversight and governance for the entire group. You will need to focus on Business HR, HR Operations and Shared Services. You must have – 15 years experience with the last 5 years in a similar role. Must have solid manufacturing industry exposure. Key Responsibilities Design, implement and monitor HR Strategy deliver business goals Identify, set and govern group hr budget and business plan Lead continuous development of HR strategy and targets Determine Performance Metrics Translate strategy into policies and guidelines to be implemented Provide strategic guidance for the group talent pool Qualifications Honours in HR or Organisational Psychology Relevant Masters, MBA or PHD Skills People and Business Leadership Persuading and Influencing Strategic and Critical Thinking Decision Making and Problem Solving Business and Financial Acumen Coaching and Mentoring Strong Collaboration and Interpersonal Skills
