Johannesburg North: Financial Manager – International Group Reporting posted by Network Finance

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong group reporting experience who has worked with foreign subsidiaries, prepared IFRS-compliant financial statements using CaseWare, and enjoys delivering accurate monthly financial reporting in a complex, multi-entity environment.

You’ll gain exceptional international exposure while working closely with finance teams across multiple jurisdictions. The role also includes monthly travel to Dubai and occasional local travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts for multiple entities
• Perform group consolidations, including the consolidation of foreign subsidiaries (essential)
• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS using CaseWare
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across the group
• Analyse financial results and present meaningful reports to senior management
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and reporting processes
• Liaise with external auditors and professional advisors
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
• Provide financial insight to support strategic business decisions
• Support finance teams across multiple international operations and ensure consistent financial reporting standards

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom Degree in Accounting
• Approximately 2 years’ post-SAICA articles experience
• Proven experience preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts
• Essential: Experience with group consolidations, including foreign subsidiaries
• Strong knowledge and practical application of IFRS and financial reporting
• Experience preparing IFRS-compliant financial statements using CaseWare (or similar financial reporting software)
• Exposure to multi-entity and international reporting environments
• Strong analytical and management accounting skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Willingness to travel to Dubai on a monthly basis
