Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed targeted turnover and forecast unit sales

• Work closely with Regional GMs to align on relevant product market fit

• Successful launch of new products, increasing the ratio of sales of new products

• Monitor the accuracy of Contract Price List and maintain margins in line with company policy

• Analyze markets to identify market threats and opportunities

• Conduct profitability analysis and recommend product line/SKU addition or rationalization

• Serve as spokesperson and ensure communication with all stakeholders

• Negotiate with and build relationships with suppliers

• Ensure efficient negotiation, establishment, and maintenance of service levels

• Build relationships with top customers and adhere to call cycle

• Train on product-related topics to customers and sales force

• Drive awareness of products to customers and industry events

• Provide product-related support for new product launch campaigns

• Create and update product manual for sales training

• Provide sales training on product-related topics and during new product launches

• Conduct on-the-job training with sales team

• Mediate product availability issues with supply chain

• Meet marketing promotions and advertising deadlines

• Devise pricing strategies to win new and retain existing customers

• Set minimum pricing, maintain prices, and approve discounts

• Calculate product profitability and ROI and suggest corrective actions
