A catering company with a corporate contract near the airport seeks an experienced Catering Manager with:- Matric & relevant catering qualification Minimum 4 years experience in a Catering Management role within industrial catering at a large corporate with over 1000 employees. Must have managed a team of between 7 and 10 people previously. Strong management skills and excellent at controls and consistent hygiene standard management will be a requirement. Must currently be holding a Catering Management role at a upmarket unit, they are not looking for a chef but if you have chef skills that would be helpful. Own transport essential, working on your feet, hands on working with the team to ensure the product and service is consistent and good quality. An UPDATED & detailed CV (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
