Coordinate internal and external training interventions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and legislative requirements. Liaise with training providers, SETAs, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate skills development programs. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, compiling reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. Employment Equity (EE) Compliance and BBBEE Skills Development: Assist in the development and implementation of the Employment Equity Plan, ensuring compliance with the Employment Equity Act.
