Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily packaging and packed stock counts in collaboration with third-party inspectors. Reconcile production outputs, warehouse receipts, and stock transfers. Capture all stock movements accurately on SAGE to ensure real-time visibility. Investigate and resolve stock variances promptly. Conduct random spot checks and cycle counts to maintain accuracy. Support inter-branch transfers and ensure stock availability for customer orders. Perform month-end reconciliations and report on stock losses or gains. Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) qualification. Minimum of 2-3 years of stock control experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Proficiency in SAGE Pastel and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Assertive communicator who can address and resolve stock discrepancies effectively.
