Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the Credit Controller ensures timely collection of receivables and maintains customer account integrity by monitoring payments, following up on outstanding balances, managing disputes, supporting month-end reconciliations, and assisting with financial reporting to drive smooth cash flow and informed business decisions.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Diploma or qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ credit control experience within a high-turnover environment.
• Proven working experience on any ERP system.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to negotiate with clients and resolve outstanding accounts.
