• Minimum 5 years’ experience in aftersales, technical sales, service/site management, or business development within mining or heavy equipment
• Strong knowledge of mineral separation and comminution equipment
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Northern Cape mining sector experience advantageous
• Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
• Based in Kathu, with frequent regional travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute aftersales, spares, and maintenance sales strategies
• Build and manage key client relationships across mining and processing plants
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and site visits
• Establish and oversee regional service teams
• Manage spares inventory and equipment refurbishment strategies
• Report on market trends, sales performance, and forecasts
