Job Summary

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure equipment and machinery are maintained in optimal condition.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources, such as spare parts and materials, for maintenance work.
- Monitor the effectiveness of maintenance programs and make improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment history.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance work.
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Trade Test Certificate (Diesel Mech/Fitter/Boilermaking/HEME)
- 3 -5 years experience on planned maintenance systems in a supervisory level
- Maintenance planning and scheduling certificate
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
