CNC Programmer urgently required: Location: Spartan, Kempton Park. Hourly rate: R145.00 per hour – Negotiable depending on experience. Skills Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric)/N3 or equivalent.

Minimum of 4 years experience in manufacturing.

Minimum of 3 years experience in programming position.

Advanced CNC programming courses, both Milling and Turning.

Job Description: G Code manual programming experience on Fanuc machines.

CNC Milling and Turning machine setting experience.

Be able to measure accurately with precision measuring instruments. Writing of CNC programs according to drawing specifications.

To assist in programming all manufacturing parts according to drawing specifications.

To assist CNC machine operators with technical queries on clamping methods, jigging, etc.

Help to set the CNC Machine tooling according to drawing / program specifications when help is needed.

Help enhancing all CNC programs to ensure that the production runs are cost effective and efficient.
