Employer Description Game Lodge in KwaZulu Natal Job Description Our client seeks a Facilities Supervisor to lead a team in maintaining safe, reliable electrical systems across the lodges through inspections, minor repairs, fault resolution and appliance installations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the maintenance team across all lodges. Conduct routine electrical maintenance inspections to ensure safety and compliance. Perform minor electrical repairs and preventative maintenance tasks. Respond promptly to faults, wiring issues and electrical breakdowns. Install and maintain small electrical appliances as required. Ensure all electrical connections are safe, reliable and efficient. Minimize risks and prevent accidents through proactive maintenance. Maximize the usability and efficiency of electricity across all facilities. Qualifications Matric and a Trade Certificate ( essential ) Previous traceable experience as an Electrician, General Maintenance or similar role and management of a team. Experience performing routine maintenance/technical skills (key areas – electrical, building, and plumbing, carpentry, bricklaying/building/construction etc.). Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Skills Good hand-eye coordination to handle tools, assemble and disassemble parts and systems. Ability to problem solve and identify the root cause. Math skills, including but not limited to reading of measurements. Knowledge and skills in using diagnostic equipment. Good interpersonal skills.
