Location: Midrand – Johannesburg Salary: R35,000 R42,000 (negotiable)
We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations across our high-end restaurant locations. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.

Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and cost control.

Lead staff recruitment, training, and retention, promoting a positive workplace culture.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and attract clientele.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Foster exceptional customer service, addressing guest feedback professionally.

Implement strategies for growth, operational improvement, and brand reputation enhancement.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

7-10+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry, with 3-5 years in a GM or similar role.

Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and understanding of restaurant operations.

Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
