• Essential: Grade 12 (matric)
• Preferred: Diploma in Marketing
• A minimum of 2 years experience in similar role
• Experience working with CRM systems and MS Office suite

  Duties  and responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and responding to enquiries
• Provide prospective students with accurate information on programmes, entry requirements, study options and career pathways
• Conduct needs analysis with applicants to ensure programme suitability
• Guide students through the application and enrolment process, ensuring compliance with institution and regulatory requirements
• Manage leads effectively using the Institution’s CRM and/or learner management system
• Achieve and exceed individual and team enrolment targets
• Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents/guardians, schools, and other stakeholders
• Create content and materials for marketing purposes in collaboration with the marketing team
• Participate in open days, school visits, career expos and other marketing and student recruitment initiatives
• Arrange appointments with schools and other basic education entities to build relationships and promote programmes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programmes offered and industry-related developments
• Provide regular reports on leads, conversion rates and enrolment progress
• Assist with other ad-hoc tasks by management
