About the Role
The Deboning Plant Administrator will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our deboning plant and roadside shop by managing administrative records, processing customer invoices, and providing general administrative support to the management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all administrative records and filing systems for the deboning plant and roadside shop.
- Process customer invoices, orders, purchase orders, and credit notes accurately and timeously.
- Capture and maintain financial and operational records.
- Assist with stock and order administration as required.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding orders and account-related queries.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed, filed, and readily accessible.
- Provide general administrative support to the plant and management team.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar administrative role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Strong administrative, organisational, and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
