We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Electrical Installations Manager to oversee and coordinate electrical installation projects from planning through to commissioning. The ideal candidate will ensure that all electrical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise electrical installation projects across commercial, industrial, and/or residential sites
• Plan, schedule, and allocate work to electricians and subcontractors
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Provide technical guidance, problem-solving, and on-site support to installation teams
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
• Review technical drawings, schematics, and electrical plans
• Prepare progress reports, installation documentation, and compliance records
• Manage materials procurement, budgeting, and cost control
• Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Installation, or related field
• Proven experience in electrical installation or site management
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring regulations, and safety standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid electrical installation or contractor certification (if applicable in your region)
• Strong understanding of health & safety requirements
