• A+ and N+ certification.
• Mikrotik experience and certifications (e.g., Mikrotik MTCNA).
• Any additional certifications should be listed (e.g., MTCRE, A+, N+).
• Expertise in wireless and wired networking.
• Network installations, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Server and desktop installation and support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Wireless internet, Wi-Fi installations, management, and configuration.
• High-site installations and maintenance.
• CCTV installations, configuration, and support.
• Knowledge of internet and email setup and support.
