– Previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role within a lodge or hospitality environment
– Strong guest relations and customer service skills
– Ability to supervise and motivate a service team
– Good understanding of restaurant and bar operations
– Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Professional appearance and positive attitude
– Good communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic stock control and administrative knowledge advantageous
– Hands-on and team-oriented approach
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Supervise daily Food & Beverage service operations
– Ensure high standards of guest service and presentation
– Support and guide restaurant and bar staff during service
– Assist with staff training and performance management
– Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained
– Assist with stock control, ordering, and operational procedures
– Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
– Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service
– Monitor operational standards and service efficiency
– Uphold lodge standards and professionalism at all times
