REQUIREMENT:
– FGASA Level 1 (minimum)
– Valid PDP essential
– Valid First Aid certification
– Rifle competency and ARH advantageous
– Previous experience in a 5-star lodge or Big 5 environment preferred
– Strong hosting and guest interaction skills
– Excellent knowledge of fauna, flora, birdlife, and ecosystems
– Good communication and storytelling ability
– Well-presented and professional
– Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Conduct game drives and bush activities safely and professionally
– Deliver informative and memorable guest experiences
– Ensure guest safety during all safari activities
– Share knowledge of wildlife, birdlife, and the environment
– Assist with lodge hosting and guest engagement
– Maintain vehicles and safari equipment to lodge standards
– Complete vehicle checks and basic maintenance
– Ensure compliance with lodge procedures and conservation practices
– Work closely with lodge departments to ensure smooth guest operations
– Uphold the standards and reputation of the lodge at all times

PACKAGE:
– R8,000 – R12,000 (Negotiable – DOE)
– Live-in position
