Hospitality Manager Mpumalanga Part of a hotel group, this is a 4* hotel with 100 rooms, 2 full service restaurants, bars and 4 functions rooms plus an arena/exhibition space. Specific requirements:- Matric Minimum Tertiary Hospitality Management diploma an advantage At least 10 years 4* hotel experience in either a Rooms Division or F&B Manager role Must have both exposure to F&B and Rooms Division management Experience in managing departmental HODs and a staff complement of over 150 Must ensure that budgets are met consistently revenue and expenditure, as well as Maintaining that profit and cost margins on target This is purely an AA / BEE role and only South African Nationals are being considered To be considered, only apply if you have the specific experience outlined above. o Send an updated MS Word CV starting with your current position and include a recent headshot taken in the last 6 months. o By applying, candidates agree to provide any requested information to Hospitality Exchange (see below) within 24 hours, including contact details of 2 or 3 recent direct superiors (excluding current), and consent to contact for references The following checks may apply:- 1.
