Job Summary

Responsibilities:Promote existing brands and introduce new products to the market.Analyze budgets, prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensure the sales team meets their quotas and goals.Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends to draft reports.Implement new sales plans and advertising strategies.Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.Maintain relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.Stay current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.Lead and supervise the sales and marketing team.Evaluate sales performance and implement new sales initiatives and strategies.Supervise the development of marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support, and online promotions.Ensure sales and marketing data is collected, stored, and analyzed properly.Requirements:A bachelor’s degree in marketing, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales.
